Things seem to be going quite well since I started the program six weeks ago. Amazingly, I wasn't as completely wiped out during my last menstrual cycle as I usually am. Typically I have severe cramps, terrible PMS, my body temp goes way up, causing me to sweat profusely, and I have no energy for anything. It's time to reorder our Formula IV, and I have to say, what a difference it makes for Daniel. To see him, you'd never think he was 79 years old. He acts like a kid!
He's got so much energy and vitality that the activities in our retirement community bore him. He plays 18 holes of golf twice a week, rides his bicycle almost daily, ballroom dances as often as he can and is the president of our local gardening club, which basically means he's helping to turn over everyone's soil, pull their weeds and pick their produce.
I overheard a woman in our Bridge Club say that Daniel needs to start acting his age. But I can't think of anything worse than that. I get such a thrill watching him enjoying his retirement (that is, if you can call it retirement!)

I was diagnosed with cystic acne, which is extremely painful with large, tumor-like lesions.
